What is the problem?
Flight attendant health is greatly affected by shiftwork, these irregular lifestyles can bring potential occupational diseases.
Why this problem has not been perceived before?
3. The profession of flight attendants has not appeared for many years (probably since 2000), so the number of flight attendants reaching retirement age is not many.
1. Many flight attendants change their careers after working for a few years.
2. The pre-takeoff test of flight attendants is not as strict as pilots, and many people pay less attention to their health.
Understanding our audience
Our team sent out a survey and did unstructured Interviews and diary Studies on flight attendants and stakeholders to assess their attitudes. From the responses we received, we identified the most popular healthy consider and reasons:
HMW reduce the risk of Occupational disease among flight attendants by enhancing their sleeping quality and having a balance between their shift work and personal life.
